1. About RideOM

RideOM is a digital loan and collection management software built for finance businesses, lenders, and field collection agents. RideOM provides tools to track EMIs, manage customer records, and generate financial reports. RideOM does not provide loans, investment schemes, or financial guarantees.

2. User Responsibility

By using RideOM, you agree that all financial activities, lending practices, and recovery actions carried out using the platform are solely your responsibility. You must comply with all applicable Indian laws including RBI regulations, fair recovery practices, and consumer protection standards.

3. Legal Compliance

Users must ensure usage of RideOM complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Penal Code (IPC) or Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, and all local financial and data protection laws. Any misuse for harassment, illegal recovery, threats, or fraud may lead to account suspension and reporting to authorities.

4. Data & Privacy

RideOM processes user data only to provide its services. We do not sell personal data. If a subscription expires, account data will be retained for up to 1 month. After this period, data may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

5. Payments & Subscription

Subscription fees cover software usage only. Plans are non-transferable. Refunds, if applicable, follow RideOM’s refund policy. Failure to renew may lead to account suspension.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee error-free or continuous availability. RideOM is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, internet issues, or technical faults.

7. Limitation of Liability

RideOM is a software tool and is not liable for financial losses, legal disputes, business interruptions, or user misconduct. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding belong to RideOM. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Legal Disclaimer

RideOM provides digital tools only. We are not involved in loan agreements, recovery disputes, or financial contracts between users and their customers. All activities conducted using RideOM remain the user’s legal responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian court jurisdiction.
