Refund Policy

1. Demo Before Purchase

RideOM encourages users to request a product demo or trial discussion before purchasing any subscription plan. The demo allows you to understand features, workflow, and suitability for your loan or collection business. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the platform and found it suitable for your needs.

2. No Refund After Activation

Once a subscription is activated and access to the RideOM platform is provided, no refunds will be issued for the active subscription period. Payments are for digital software access, not physical goods. Users retain full access to features until the subscription expires.

3. Subscription Expiry

Refunds are not provided for partial usage, unused time, or early termination. Services continue until the end of the paid subscription period. After expiry, accounts may be suspended until renewal.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed only in rare cases involving duplicate payments or verified technical billing errors. Such requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment with valid proof.

5. Data After Expiry

After a subscription expires, account data may be retained for up to one month. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. Users should export necessary information before expiration.
